Auteur’s intimate estate offers a striking setting with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and sweeping vineyard views. Hotel Healdsburg guests are invited to settle in for an exclusive guided exploration of five Russian River wines accompanied by a thoughtfully composed tasting board, Monday-Thursday.
Friday through Sunday, Chef Craig Wilmer’s Ultimate Culinary Experience
is offered to our guests with five exquisite bites paired with five Russian River site-driven, small-production wines.
Working with a network of specialty purveyors, foragers, and farmers, Executive Chef Craig Wilmer builds each menu around what’s best that single day — fish caught by one fisherman trained in ike-jime, rare produce from single plots, handpicked wild herbs, caviar cured and aged to his specifications, wild game, and beyond. No two seatings are ever quite the same.
Preferred pricing and tasting experience are exclusively available to Hotel Healdsburg guests. Private transportation may also be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact the concierge to book your experience.

Terms and Conditions
Rates are based on dates and are subject to availability, blackout dates apply. For stays through March 1, room cancellations must be made by 3:00 pm, 7 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which is valid on the day of arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
Russian River Valley Flight and bites available Monday–Thursday, 10:00am–3:00pm. Upgrade to Chef Wilmer’s five-course experience Friday–Sunday, 11:00am–3:00pm. Please note, the chef is unable to accommodate vegan diets. A 10% gratuity will be added to all final bills. For cancellations of the Auteur experience, 50% of the experience cost is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations that occur less than 2 weeks in advance. Parties over 30 minutes late may not be accepted or may be subject to an abbreviated, fully paid experience.
